Who is Lee Dalglish? That is a very good question. I have lots of things that I like to do, cooking happens to be one of them. Computers is another. What do these two things have in common? More than you might think. For instance, ask someone a computer question, you'll likely get an answer like "I'm computer illiterate". Ask someone a cooking related question and you might hear "I can't cook". Previously I helped people with their computer conundrums. Now I'm out to help people learn a valuable life skill - cooking. To learn about both, all it takes is an inquisitive mind and a love of figuring things out. Wash your hands, get your food ready, gather knives and equipment, and tuck in!
